Through this blog, sharing the summer escapades and encounters that I have embarked on over these past several months of 2010 is my initial aspiration I hope to provide for you, as viewers.
Then again, it could simply be self-therapeutical in recording my emotions, who knows.
With a third international move in process for my expat family and I, it all began back in early 2010. The proposal, suggested by my father, was that we travel for a few months before arriving back home to our isolated country. Ever since then, everything seems to have fallen perfectly into place.
As the Australian curriculum is six months behind that of the UK, my siblings and I were able to complete our respective grades at our international school we attended in London, travel for six months, and still be back in Sydney well in time to begin our next year at school, without missing out on any education.
So through this blog, I hope to be able to share my final adventure with you after having been an expat for the past decade. In addition, if I were to not to complete this, I can assure you now that I would hold incredible regret in the future towards myself. I know, too, that I should have properly taken control of this much earlier on, but late is better than never. I will initiate from the beginning.
